Join us for a soothing sound healing and guided meditation to relax the body in preparation for birth. We will work to process your emotions around birth and pregnancy while sharing in a circle of likeminded women. The focus of this event is to empower you in your birthing and postpartum choices. We will focus on honouring the wisdom of the birthing body and teach you some simple techniques to centre yourself.
